Its summer, which means travel, sun and fun all around. There are a ton of travel places on my bucket list, however there are a few that are perfect to visit in the summer.

Bora Bora

This island is a perfect getaway for a paradise vacation. Completed with crystal blue water and a lively coral reef, this is the perfect summer destination for fun in the sun. Sit back and relax in the sun or snorkel and scuba dive by the reef, you won’t regret this beautiful destination. The flight might be long but looking at these photos, it’s definitely worth it.

Rome

This might sound cliché, however Europe is a popular destination for summer break and Rome, Italy is admittedly a great cosmopolitan city to visit. Bustling with people and ancient ruins, you won’t run out of things to see or do in this great city. Did I mention the food? Definitely a dream come true.

New York City

Last but not least, NYC. This might not seem like your first choice of destination, as most people flee to LA for beaches and good weather, however summer is a great chance to explore Manhattan. Yes, it is humid and hot, however, roads are open, its not raining or snowing, and you have the ability to explore the entire city. Night time is warm and inviting, and sunshine fills the bustling boroughs. Take a stroll through Central Park, or even make an east coast trip as a train ride to New Jersey and Pennsylvania is short of an hour away!
